2. Reservations and Payments
- Booking Process: To make a reservation, you must provide accurate personal information and payment details. By completing a booking, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
- Payment: Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. The remaining balance, if applicable, will be due before your check-in date. Payments can be made via credit card or other accepted payment methods.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy, which will be provided at the time of booking. Failure to cancel within the specified timeframe may result in a charge of the full rental amount.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In: Check-in time is 3pm. Early check-in may be available upon request but is not guaranteed.
- Check-Out: Check-out time is 11am. Late check-out may incur additional charges and must be arranged in advance.
4. Guest Responsibilities
- Occupancy Limits: Each rental property has a maximum occupancy limit, which must not be exceeded. Violating this policy may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
- Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Any disruptive behavior, illegal activity, or violation of house rules may result in termination of the rental agreement without refund.
- Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to the rental property or its contents during their stay. Charges for damages will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the payment method on file.
5. Liability Waiver
- Limitation of Liability: Raven's Keep is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during your stay at our rental properties. Guests assume all risks associated with the use of the rental property.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raven's Keep, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your stay or use of our services.
6. Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Louisiana. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Louisiana.
